- Any issue regarding delivery will be entertained up to maximum of 7 days from the actual order delivery date provided that the article(s) being returned for exchange is unused, clean and in its/ their original state and packaging. Fischer will not assume any responsibility or liability and will not entertain any issue or claim, for non-delivery after expiry of aforesaid 7 days’ time period.
- All articles being returned for exchange/claim must follow Fischer Exchange Policy and is to be accompanied by original Invoice.
- For exchange or claim it is mandatory to have all exchanges approved by Fischer vide e-mail (customercare@fischerfootwear.com).
- All shipping charges for exchange should be borne by the customer other than for manufacturing defect.
- No warranty/guarantee/exchange/refund for articles purchased on discount or during sale period

- Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our online store.
